How do I position the Hilo Band correctly?

Make sure to wear your Hilo Band on the side of your wrist bone that is closer to your forearm (rather than closer to your hand). This ensures that the bracelet does not move around as much when you are using your hands. The sensing side of the pod should be placed in direct contact with the skin, on the top side of the wrist. The bracelet should be snug but comfortable.
