Over a specific time period, time in target range (TTR) is expressed as the percentage of time during which both systolic blood pressure is below 135 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is below 85 mmHg
In the Hilo App's “Insights” tab, the Dashboard displays the Time in Target Range (TTR) calculated based on the previous 7-day averages.
In the Hilo App's detailed blood pressure screen (accessed by tapping anywhere on the blood pressure card in the “Insights” tab), the Day Dashboard displays the TTR, which is calculated using 2-hour averages (with a maximum of 12 data points). The Week and Month Dashboards display the TTR, calculated using full-day averages (with a maximum of 7 and 30/31 data points, respectively).
If either the systolic or diastolic averages (2-hour or daily) exceed 135/85 mmHg, the blood pressure is considered to be outside the target range.
Please note that the Time in Target Range feature is available exclusively to members. For more information on how to join our membership, kindly refer to: How Do I Subscribe to Hilo Membership?
