In the Aktiia App, you have the possibility to find out your day and night averages by indicating when you go to sleep and when you wake up.

To set your sleep schedule, click on "Set Up" from the "Metrics" section of the Home screen:



Alternatively, you can go to the "Profile" section and click on "Sleep Schedule" to make any modifications.

You can create several sleep schedules, for instance; week versus weekend:

On the "Home" screen, under "Metrics" you can see your day and night BP average and confirm bedtime and wake-up time.
